Then click into any text to personalize names, dates, and details.

You can:

  • Change fonts, colors, size, and spacing

Background artwork and core design elements cannot be moved or modified.
Keep important text inside the Safe Zone to prevent trimming issues.

Step 2: Download Your File

When you're finished editing, click Download.

For best results:

  • Choose PDF for printing (recommended)
  • Turn on Bleed if your design extends to the edge
  • Use Crop Marks when trimming at home

Step 3: Print or Share

Print at home, upload to a print service, or share digitally.

For best print quality:

  • Use thick paper or cardstock
  • Trim carefully along guides
  • Review our Printing Guide for detailed tips
Your design is saved automatically to your account, so you can return anytime to make changes or download again.

What Cannot Be Edited

To preserve the design's quality and layout structure, certain elements are fixed:

  • Background artwork and illustrations
  • Graphic elements such as borders, frames, or decorative motifs
  • Creating custom color palettes outside of the provided themes
These elements are intentionally locked to maintain a cohesive and print-ready design.

Best Practice

For the best results:

  • Keep important text within the Safe Zone
  • Make small adjustments and preview before downloading
  • Use the Printing Guide for final output tips
If you're unsure whether something can be edited, try clicking on it. If it cannot be selected, it is part of the fixed artwork.

Saving Your Design

Your design saves automatically as you work — there's no save button required.

You'll see a status message in the top bar of the editor showing the current save state.

Understanding Save Status
